I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views and clean accommodations. The staff was accommodating, allowing me to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed that breakfast service was no longer available, and there was a hiccup with the shuttle service during my stay.

On the plus side, the location is great and the hospitality, particularly from the bellman and the bistro manager, was great. However, I was really disappointed with the dated rooms and some maintenance issues like a noisy toilet and inadequate shower height. All in all, I expected more for the price I paid.
