Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views and clean accommodations. The staff was accommodating, allowing me to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed that breakfast service was no longer available, and there was a hiccup with the shuttle service during my stay.
I had a mixed experience at the Courtyard Charleston Waterfront. The location by the Ashley River was stunning, offering amazing views from my room. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, I faced some issues with room cleanliness and breakfast convenience that left me wishing for a better experience.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the Courtyard Charleston Waterfront. On the plus side, the location is great and the hospitality, particularly from the bellman and the bistro manager, was great. However, I was really disappointed with the dated rooms and some maintenance issues like a noisy toilet and inadequate shower height. All in all, I expected more for the price I paid.
I had a mixed experience at the Courtyard Charleston Waterfront. On one hand, the harbor views were beautiful and the location was central, making it easy to explore Charleston. On the other hand, the service was occasionally inconsistent and there were multiple issues with my room that dampened my stay.
I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard Charleston Waterfront, appreciating the friendly staff and the clean, updated rooms. however, I did notice some areas needing improvement, particularly in dining options and room maintenance. The location was ideal, being just a quick shuttle ride from downtown, although it felt a bit isolated at times.
